Summer vacation in Israel is just an amazing experience. Great beaches, amazing food and good time with friends and family.

In 10 days I managed to squeeze , quick escape to Eilat on the Red sea , food tour in Haifa in the north , sightseeing at night in fabulous Jerusalem, fun times in Tel Aviv and on the beach.

Israel food scene is a unique combination of “to die for” street food and upscale restaurants of amazing young chefs.

My blogs is not sharing or discussing any political opinion , but had a unique experience during my last visit to witness a Coexist situation ,which raise the question , can we copy paste it to other places around the world ? …

I had to opportunity to join a Food scene tour in Haifa , one of the biggest cities in Israel.

The tour took place in Wadi Nisnas , an Arab neighborhood  ,  led by Rani Amir , an actor , dressed like a chef .

We had several stops during the tour , in each we tasted the local food and heard great stories.

Mama Pita  – amazing Pita bread covered with several type of cheese.

Several fabulous Shawarma and falafel places.

Mustapha coffee was one of the best I ever tasted , made fresh daily.

Spices and  pastry shops a must stop , words can’t describe…

“Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace, you” by John Lennon
